Supermarket Manager
Supermarket Manager asks you to open and then expand a profitable store by properly organizing sales, inventory and investments. First, you buy the essential equipment, then you stock the aisles yourself with products taken from the stockroom. As long as this foundation is not in place, customers cannot be served efficiently and your revenues remain limited. Then you use the money earned to strengthen the store's operations. The core of the game rests on choices that seem simple but are decisive in their consequences: should you widen the assortment, improve the quality of goods or hire staff to relieve yourself. If you spend too early in one area, you risk running out of stock; otherwise you progress more slowly and the store loses efficiency.
Then management becomes more strategic, because each upgrade affects your ability to earn more from each customer. You can hire specialized employees, notably restockers and cashiers, to automate part of the work and focus on overall development. This possibility concretely changes the pace of the game, since you are no longer obliged to handle all the tasks alone when activity intensifies. Another exclusive detail to note here: the game begins with a phase where you must personally fill the shelves before you can rely on more advanced organization. Blockages mainly come from a poorly prepared store, a lack of diversity in the assortment or poorly allocated investments. Finally, the more your prestige increases thanks to better products, the more your supermarket can aim for high profits and steady expansion. Have fun!
