The depth of the game comes from progressive automation. As soon as a manager is hired, the manager takes care of the work for you and continues to bring in money without constant assistance. You can then increase their level to strengthen their bonuses and further accelerate every stage of operation. Otherwise, if your structure remains underdeveloped, gains rise more slowly and expansion falls behind. The game thus pushes you to arbitrate between immediate revenues and lasting efficiency, while taking into account that profits are also generated during your absences.
